Version 1.0Under counsel reviewEffective 19 May 2026· Last updated 17 May 2026· PEGS/LEGAL/CKE/V1.0/2026

This Cookie Policy explains how PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited (“PEGS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.pegs.org.in, www.myestatez.com, and related digital services (the “Services”). It is part of, and should be read with, the PEGS Privacy Policy and User Consent Notice.

01

What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, beacons, scripts, software development kits (SDKs), and tags. We refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

Cookies allow a website to recognise your device, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, and provide functionality across visits.

02

Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Services to function. They support:

  • session management and authentication;
  • security, fraud-prevention, and rate-limiting;
  • routing of requests across infrastructure;
  • preserving form state during submission; and
  • compliance with this Policy itself (for example, remembering your cookie preferences).

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.

2.2 Analytics and Performance Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can improve reliability and user experience. They include:

  • Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GEF365FC2B), used to measure aggregate site usage; and
  • Microsoft Clarity (project wsigoqbabl), used for aggregate behavioural analytics and session replay of website pages, joined to the GA4 property at the analytics-platform level.

We deploy analytics cookies only where you have given consent through our cookie banner, except where applicable law permits their use without consent.

2.3 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember preferences and choices that improve usability, such as language, accessibility settings, or non-essential UI state. We deploy functional cookies only where you have given consent.

2.4 Marketing Cookies

PEGS does not currently deploy marketing or advertising cookies on the Services. If we introduce such cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and request consent through the cookie banner before deploying them.

2.5 Third-Party Embedded Services

The Services may embed or load resources from third parties whose cookies operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. Examples include:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile, used for spam protection on web forms;
  • Zoho Desk, used for customer-support widgets at support.pegs.org.in;
  • payment service providers, used at the point of transaction;
  • maps, video players, and similar embeds where used.

PEGS does not control the cookies set by these third parties. Where required, we obtain consent before loading non-essential third-party embeds.

04

Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to manage or block cookies directly through their settings. Please consult your browser's documentation for instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair the Services.

05

Retention

The retention period of each cookie depends on its type:

  • session cookies are deleted when you close your browser;
  • persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them.

Information on the typical retention period of the cookie categories we use can be requested at privacy@pegs.org.in.

06

Children

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through cookies.

07

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services, the cookie banner, or other reasonable means. The version, last-updated date, and effective date appear at the top of this Policy.
