PETs are a rewards currency, not money. They carry no monetary value, no exchange rate, and cannot be cashed out — they are redeemable within the ecosystem, including a catalogue of gift vouchers. Your property's score can never be purchased: scores come only from the standard, and verification only from evidence.
Any PEGS identifier — an asset, an owner, a certificate — can be verified by a third party with the owner's consent, through the consortium's public verification surface.
