All amounts referenced on the PEGS Services, in PEGS communications, and in PEGS legal documents are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹/INR), unless expressly stated otherwise. Foreign-currency equivalents, where shown, are indicative only and are based on the exchange rate available to PEGS at the time of display. Actual exchange rates at the point of transaction are determined by the relevant payment provider, bank, or card network.

The B.A.S.T.I.O.N. (Blockchain Asset Storage & Trust Information Online Network) is a permissioned distributed-ledger system operated by PEGS for the anchoring of tamper-evident records of asset identifiers and metadata hashes.

B.A.S.T.I.O.N. is currently in its testnet phase. During this phase:

• only cryptographic hashes of asset identifiers and selected metadata are anchored on the testnet;
• no personal data, primary documents, or scores are recorded on-ledger;
• records anchored on testnet are intended to be re-anchored on the production mainnet at network cut-over, in accordance with the procedure published by PEGS at that time; and
• the testnet may be reset, paused, or upgraded as part of routine network operations.

PEGS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of B.A.S.T.I.O.N. during the testnet phase. Specific contractual commitments regarding anchoring timing, retention, and re-anchoring are governed by the applicable Service-specific terms or Service Agreement.

S.O.P.H.I.E. (Sustainability Optimisation and Planning for Holistic Impact and Efficiency) is an upcoming AI-assisted analytical mechanism. The current Services apply the PEGS ESG-900 framework manually. Where automated tools are used to assist analysis or to generate an ESG Indication, the output is reviewed by qualified PEGS personnel before issuance.

ESG outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes. They are based on the data supplied to PEGS at the time of analysis and on the methodology referenced in the report. ESG outputs do not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or engineering advice and should not be the sole basis for any decision.

The PEGS ESG-900 framework is the proprietary methodology used by PEGS to assess assets. The framework is independent of, and not derived from, any third-party standard. References to frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, TCFD, GRESB, LEED, and BREEAM are made for alignment purposes only. PEGS may update the methodology from time to time; the methodology version used for any specific report is identified within that report.

PEGS Club Memberships (Colour, Metal, Gem) and PEGS Estate Tokens (PETs) are loyalty and ecosystem mechanisms operated by PEGS. The Colour, Metal, and Gem framework is applied independently across multiple PEGS layers — including ESG Certifications, PEGS Club Memberships, the Partner Network, NBFC partners, and Bank partners.

A tier achieved in one layer does not, of itself, confer or guarantee a tier in any other layer. The compounding economic effect across layers, and the specific multipliers, multipliers caps, and validity windows that apply, are set out in the relevant Service-specific terms.

PETs are loyalty units intended for use within the PEGS ecosystem in accordance with the terms then in effect. PETs are not securities, currency, units in a collective investment scheme, or a substitute for any regulated financial instrument. PETs do not confer ownership, voting, profit-sharing, or dividend rights in PEGS.

My Estatez is currently offered to an early-access cohort. During the early-access phase:

• specific features, screens, and workflows may change without prior notice;
• limits may apply to capacity, asset count, partner integrations, or transaction throughput;
• availability is provided on a best-effort basis subject to network and infrastructure conditions; and
• early-access participants may be invited to provide feedback that PEGS may use to refine the product.

Early-access access is governed by the Terms of Service and the My Estatez early-access terms shown at the point of registration.

Public pricing — including PEGS Club Metal at ₹49,999 per year — is current as of the effective date of this page and may change with prior notice on the Services. Some pricing references on the Services or in commercial documents are internal commercial parameters and are not customer-facing offers; offers extend only via PEGS quotations, invoices, or Service-specific terms shared directly with a customer or prospect. PEGS Club Gem is available by invitation only and is not offered through a public price.
