Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

NOT FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

PEGS ESG scores, ratings, and assessments produced by the PEGS framework or the S.O.P.H.I.E. AI are sustainability performance indicators only. UAIN & UEIN — Platform Identifier Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to the Universal Asset Identification Number (UAIN) and the Universal Entity Identification Number (UEIN) generated or assigned by PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited through the PEGS platform. UAIN and UEIN are proprietary platform identifiers and are not issued by any government, statutory, or regulatory authority.

UAIN — Universal Asset Identification Number

Definition

A UAIN is a Universal Asset Identification Number assigned to an asset record within the PEGS platform.

Issuing Authority

UAINs are generated and assigned by PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited, or by authorised parties operating through the PEGS platform.

Not a Government or Statutory Identifier

A UAIN is not a government-issued, statutory, municipal, land-registry, tax, lender, or regulator-issued identification number. It has no standing under any Indian statute, regulation, or government scheme unless expressly recognised by the relevant authority.

Scope of "Universal"

"Universal" means intended for use across PEGS-supported asset classes and PEGS-integrated workflows. It does not imply universal recognition by any government, regulator, court, financial institution, or third party outside the PEGS platform.

No Substitution for Statutory Identifiers

A UAIN does not replace survey numbers, registration numbers (Registration Act, 1908), khata numbers, CTS numbers, CERSAI IDs, Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), equipment serial numbers, or any other legally required or officially issued identifier.

No Guarantee of Title or Legal Status

Issuance of a UAIN does not — by itself — confirm title to any asset; the legality of any construction, conversion, or use; the absence of encumbrances, liens, or disputes; the valuation of any asset; or regulatory compliance under any law, unless expressly stated in a separate PEGS certification document issued for that specific asset.

UEIN — Universal Entity Identification Number

Definition

A UEIN is a Universal Entity Identification Number assigned to an entity record within the PEGS platform. An entity includes any person, company, trust, society, or body registered on the PEGS platform.

Issuing Authority

UEINs are generated and assigned by PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited, or by authorised parties operating through the PEGS platform.

Not a Government or Statutory Identifier

A UEIN is not a government-issued, statutory, tax, corporate-registry, banking, or regulator-issued identification number. It has no standing under any Indian statute, regulation, or government scheme unless expressly recognised by the relevant authority.

Scope of "Universal"

"Universal" means intended for use across PEGS-supported entity types and PEGS-integrated workflows. It does not imply universal recognition by any government, regulator, court, financial institution, or third party outside the PEGS platform.

No Substitution for Officially Issued Identifiers

A UEIN does not replace CIN, LLPIN, GSTIN, PAN, TAN, LEI, IEC, Udyam Registration Number, DUNS, or any other legally required or officially issued identifier.

No Guarantee of Status

Issuance of a UEIN does not — by itself — confirm incorporation, authority to act, ownership, tax status, compliance status, beneficial ownership, or regulatory standing of any entity, unless expressly stated in a separate PEGS document issued for that specific entity.

UAIN, UEIN, and related marks are proprietary to PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) this website or any PEGS platform, service, or content, even if PEGS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PEGS's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of PEGS services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to PEGS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand), whichever is greater.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if any limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10

  • DPDP Act, 2023 (India)— Digital Personal Data Protection Act. All personal data processing by PEGS is governed by this Act. A Data Protection Officer (DPO) will be appointed as required under the Act's notified provisions.
  • Data Localisation — All personal data and operational data is stored within India, hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). No personal data is transferred outside India without explicit consent or a lawful transfer mechanism.
  • RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) — PEGS asset records and ESG assessments are designed to complement, not replace, statutory RERA disclosures. PEGS is not a RERA regulator or agent.
  • SEBI ESG Disclosure Requirements— PEGS BRSR alignment supports listed entities in meeting SEBI's mandatory ESG disclosure requirements.
  • RBI DLT Framework— The BASTION blockchain is a permissioned Hyperledger Fabric network, consistent with the Reserve Bank of India's guidance on Distributed Ledger Technology usage by regulated entities.
