This page sets out the corporate, regulatory, intellectual-property, and third-party disclosures that apply to PEGS Standards & Systems Private Limited ("PEGS") and the Services. It is intended to give users, customers, partners, and regulators a single reference point for these items.

2. Authorised Communication Domains

Any communication purporting to come from PEGS that is not sent from a @pegs.org.in domain should be treated as unverified. Report suspected impersonation to legal@pegs.org.in.

3. Trademarks

The following names, marks, and logos are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of PEGS, in use and protected under applicable law:

• "PEGS™" and the PEGS device mark
• "PEGS Standards & Systems™"
• "My Estatez™"
• "B.A.S.T.I.O.N.™" (Blockchain Asset Storage & Trust Information Online Network)
• "S.O.P.H.I.E.™" (Sustainable Optimisation and Planning for Holistic Impact and Efficiency)
• "PEGS Estate Token™" / "PET™"
• "UAIN™" (Universal Asset Identification Number)
• "PEGS Club™" and the Colour / Metal / Gem tier marks
• "PEGS ESG-900™" methodology mark

References to third-party marks are made for identification only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content on the Services — including text, graphics, design, code, documentation, audio, video, and the PEGS ESG-900 framework material — is the copyrighted work of PEGS or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are permitted only with prior written consent or as allowed by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Notices

5.1 PEGS ESG-900 Framework

The PEGS ESG-900 framework — comprising 15 parameters, 44 indicators, and a 900-point scoring methodology across Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars — is proprietary to PEGS. The framework is independent of, and not derived from, third-party standards. PEGS references frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, TCFD, GRESB, LEED, and BREEAM for alignment purposes only.

5.2 B.A.S.T.I.O.N.

The B.A.S.T.I.O.N. network is a permissioned distributed-ledger system operated and maintained by PEGS for the purpose of anchoring tamper-evident records of asset identifiers and metadata hashes. Only cryptographic hashes are recorded on-ledger; personal data and primary documents remain off-ledger.

5.3 S.O.P.H.I.E.

S.O.P.H.I.E. is PEGS's planned AI-assisted ESG analytical methodology. The current Services apply the PEGS ESG-900 framework manually. S.O.P.H.I.E. is presented as an upcoming delivery mechanism and is identified as such in marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Components and Service Providers

The Services rely on third-party components and service providers, including (without limitation):

• web frameworks, libraries, and open-source software (acknowledgements on request to legal@pegs.org.in);
• cloud hosting, application platforms, and content-delivery networks;
• authentication, anti-abuse, and security providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile;
• email delivery and customer-support providers, including Zoho ZeptoMail and Zoho Desk;
• payment service providers, including Razorpay;
• analytics providers, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity;
• mapping and geolocation providers; and
• identity-verification and KYC providers, where relevant.

PEGS contracts with these providers under appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection terms. Use of third-party components does not transfer any of PEGS's obligations to you.

A complete and current Sub-Processor Register is maintained by PEGS and is available to enterprise customers on request to legal@pegs.org.in.

Specific insurance coverage details are made available to institutional customers on request to legal@pegs.org.in.

9. Anti-Money-Laundering, Anti-Bribery, and Sanctions

PEGS does not tolerate bribery, corruption, money-laundering, or sanctions-evasion practices. Engagements involving institutional clients, partners, and high-value transactions are subject to PEGS's internal KYC/AML and sanctions-screening checks consistent with applicable law and good practice.

PEGS is committed to equal opportunity, dignity at work, and prevention of sexual harassment in accordance with applicable law, including the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. PEGS maintains an Internal Complaints Committee where the applicable thresholds apply.

11. Open-Source and Licence Attributions

Open-source components used in the Services retain their original licences (including MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, MPL, and similar). A consolidated attribution list is available on request to legal@pegs.org.in. No representation is made that any open-source component is suitable for a particular purpose beyond its own licence terms.

PEGS may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in corporate, regulatory, or third-party disclosures. The version, last-updated date, and effective date appear at the top of this page.
