Founder & CEO, PEGS Standards & Systems. Building toward a single mission — to hand over a peaceful world to the next generation, with pride.

“Hand over a peaceful world to the next generation, with pride.”

— the line that has shaped twenty years of work, and the line PEGS is built to honour.

The work behind PEGS

Twenty years of building, in service of one idea

Built and operated companies

PrimeZmart (founder, 2010–2017), Prime System Solutions (CTO). Two decades of operating cadence — sales, marketing, distribution, consulting, and technology — folded into how PEGS is being built.

Worked alongside global standards

Adobe Partner. Cisco Partner. Member of the McKinsey Executive Panel. PEGS draws on the operating discipline these institutions enforce, while remaining an independent Indian framework.

Started early, kept building

Began advising local businesses at sixteen. Internet strategy work from 2007. Long enough at the craft to know which problems are worth twenty years of work.

Multilingual, multi-region

Telugu (native), Hindi, Oriya. PEGS is being built for India in Indian languages and Indian institutional rhythms — not retrofitted from a Western template.

Why PEGS

Why this work, and why now

Real estate is the largest store of household wealth in India and one of the largest contributors to the country’s emissions. The two facts almost never sit on the same page.

PEGS exists to put them on the same page — to give every asset a measurable, verified, and rewardable sustainability score, and to make better performance economically rational for the people who own and operate that asset.

Today the focus is real estate, in India. The framework is built so it can extend — to other asset classes, to other geographies, to the next generation of standards. We are building infrastructure, not a feature.

That is the work. That is why I am still doing it twenty years in. And it is why I would like you, whoever you are reading this — a member, a partner, an institution — to consider joining at the founding cohort, while every line of every system is still being shaped by the people who choose to be early.
