What members ask first
Do I need to pay anything to register my property?
No. Onboarding includes a founder-reviewed PEGS ESG Indication for your asset. You only pay if and when you choose to take a deeper Assessment or move toward Certification.
What can I actually spend my PETs on?
PETs are redeemable across the PEGS partner network — service providers, hospitality stays, and select retail. Exact options will be visible in the My Estatez app at the moment of redemption. PETs are non-cash, non-transferable, and have no fixed fiat value.
What happens if I sell my property?
Your asset’s UAIN stays with the property. Its history — assessments, certifications, anchored records — transfers to the new owner along with the title.
Is PEGS Club membership tied to my asset’s ESG score?
No. PEGS Club membership and your asset’s ESG certification are graded independently. Your Club tier compounds with — but is never granted by — your asset’s score. You choose the Club tier you want.
When does the My Estatez app launch?
The Flutter app is in store review. While you wait, we’ll keep you informed as your asset’s indication and any assessments progress, and you’ll be among the first to receive the launch invite.
Is my data safe?
Yes. PEGS is DPDP-compliant and runs on India-hosted infrastructure. Your personal information is never written to a public ledger; only verifiable, non-personal hashes are anchored.
